Refund Policy
In order to obtain a refund, the following instructions must be followed:
- Items custom-produced by the manufacturers are unable to be returned.
- Contact our customer service department at customerservice@heartlandmobility.com or call 316-322-3502 to receive return authorization. Include your order number, name, and item number for the item you are returning. We will then contact you with a RA number and shipping instructions for your return. Please do not send a package back without a return authorization. Any item shipped to us without return # on box will be refused.
- As you might expect, return items must have their original packaging and be unused.
- Please include in the returned package, a note with the reason for return. Your feedback will be promptly reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department as part of our continuous improvement program to insure complete customer satisfaction.
- We will help you determine the best method for shipping your return.
- Of course, if any item is defective, or was damaged in shipping, please call us at 316-322-3502 or email us at customerservice@heartlandmobility.com. We will arrange for for the item to be picked up, and replace the damaged item.
