No international shipping at this time.

Heartland Mobility offers ground shipping FREE for all orders in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may have extra shipping charges associated with them-please call for a freight quote. Most mobility scooters, lift chairs, power wheelchairs, and some wheelchairs will arrive via a freight company 3-5 days from your order date. They will contact you to schedule a specific delivery time convenient for you. When we email you with your order confirmation, we will give you an estimated ship date. If you need a more specific delivery date, please call customer service and we may be able to give you more specific information.

Special orders may take 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on the item. Any lift chair with heat and massage or heavy duty chairs will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Customer service will be able to check to see if the specific model you ordered is in stock.

Wheelchairs
Most wheelchairs and power wheelchairs ship within 1-3 business days. Custom chairs with unique seating selections or other custom options can take from 2-3 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
